Neuro-Muscular Therapy (Trigger Point Therapy)

A focused treatment that addresses specific “knots” in muscles known as trigger points, which can cause pain locally or refer pain to other areas. By applying precise pressure, this therapy helps release tension, reduce pain, improve posture, and restore proper muscle function.
Deep Tissue Massage

Similar to the Integrated, but with more intensity, this modality is for those tougher areas. It utilizes a deeper pressure for that chronic tightness and discomfort and will encourage that musculoskeletal release.

Myofascial Release

A slow, sustained stretching technique that targets the connective tissue (fascia) surrounding muscles. By easing restrictions and tightness in this tissue, it helps relieve chronic pain, improve flexibility, restore movement, and reduce tension patterns held in the body.
Pre-Natal Massage

A nurturing massage designed specifically for expectant mothers. It helps relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, hip tension, swelling, and fatigue while promoting relaxation and overall wellness for both mother and baby.
Hot Stone Therapy

Typically, smooth, heated stones are placed on key areas of the body and incorporated into the massage to gently warm and relax tight muscles. However, here at Willow Wellness, we use the stone to perform the massage, as opposed to just placing it on you. The soothing heat enhances circulation; eases tension and creates a deeply calming experience.
Stress Buster

30 minutes of Integrated Massage, usually performed on neck, back and shoulders, but can be customized to specific needs.

Cupping

A technique that uses special cups to create a deep tissue like suction on the skin. This helps increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, promote healing, and relieve pain. Temporary circular marks may appear as part of the natural healing response, but should dissipate after a few days, depending on the individual’s body and how it responds to the cups
Reflexology

A light-touch (or no-touch) energy therapy that supports the body’s natural healing process. Reiki promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and helps balance the body’s energy systems to encourage overall emotional and physical well-being.
Cranio sacral Therapy

A gentle, hands-on technique that works with the subtle rhythms of the nervous system. Using light touch around the head, spine, and sacrum, it helps release tension, calm the nervous system, relieve headaches and chronic pain, and support the body’s natural healing abilities.

Industry services are for nurses only. To be eligible, you must be a Nurse Practitioner, RN, LPN, CNA. You must show a current ID badge or paycheck stub to receive the discount. If you cannot produce any documentation, you will be charged full price.
