Willow Wellness Center Policies

To provide consistent, high-quality therapeutic care for every patient, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies. These guidelines help us protect appointment times and maintain fairness for all.

Appointment Cancellations (24-Hour Notice)

We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.

PLEASE NOTE: We will make concessions for illness and inclement weather.

Accepted Payments

We gladly accept most forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Most major credit cards
  • Local checks with a valid driver’s license
  • Venmo / Zelle
  • FSA and HSA payments will be conditionally accepted. You must check with your insurance provider to see if they allow Medical Massage as a covered treatment.

Late Arrivals

We understand that occasional delays happen. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

The quickest and most effective way to notify us is to text or call (732) 685-6131

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY US THROUGH EMAIL.

While we build a small amount of buffer into appointments when possible, arriving late may result in a shortened session in order to remain on schedule for other patients. The full session fee will still apply. If we are running late, you will be given your full session.

No Call / No Show

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Patients who miss their appointment without prior communication will be charged 100% of the full retail price of the session.

If you are redeeming a gift certificate for your appointment and you no call/no show, you will not be able to reschedule and the gift certificate will be considered null and void.

Hygiene & Professional Courtesy

Medical massage involves close therapeutic contact. For the comfort and safety of both patient and practitioner, we kindly ask that you:

  • Arrive freshly showered
  • Avoid heavy perfumes, colognes, deodorants, or strongly scented products
  • Maintain general personal hygiene appropriate for bodywork services

Your consideration is sincerely appreciated.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of therapeutic bodywork and time reserved specifically for you, we maintain a No Refund Policy. No exceptions.

Scheduling & Walk-Ins

We are by appointment only.

We do not accept walk-in appointments, as there is no reception staff on-site.
